Pros

Good pay and benefits, including medical and 401K matching.

Cons

There are a lot of lazy people who do nothing. Instead of firing those people, they just re-assign the work to people who have a good work ethic. Also, those people are rewarded almost the same when it comes time for raises. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Advice to Management

Do your job and fire the dead weight instead of letting them collect a paycheck for not doing work.
