Very good health benefits. Good salary. Better 401k matching and retirement plan compared with Northrop, Raytheon, etc.
Poor management that only takes care of themselves, blaming others for the bad jobs. Management with an old-boy network, no real communication, and no teamwork.
We need to dump the current management and start over with real technical management.
