Structural Design Engineer
Was online, though they did not have webcams. Asked 5 questions in the STAR format. There were lots of long pauses between questions. They left time in the end to ask my own questions.
Engineering Manager
Longish interview process. Exam for internal hires. Not sure about external hires. The process was more difficult than when I was hiring as an individual contributor. It seems like they weigh technical and cultural fit fairly high.
Software Engineer
There were 5 behavioral interview questions where you had to respond by giving your professional experience. There were no technical or coding questions at all. The whole process was done over the phone and took 1 hour.
