Phone screener at first. Then a 1-hour interview with a management panel; in my case, it was three people. Online interview only. The recruiter was very helpful and honest. Positive experience overall.

Structured Interview: behavioural questions. Nothing related to your skill and experience. There are 10 questions. Some are about being a team player, some are about managing stress at work, and some are about managing failures.

Applied in response to Expression of Interest. Weeks or months later you hear back and get an interview, but you aren't told which project it's for or what skillsets are necessary. Weeks or months go by, and you get an interview with a project team.
