Good if you are white, conservative, and willing to cheat.
This company has a serious discrimination problem and unethical managers. Despite the fact that they conduct ethical training every year (imposed by the Federal Government that caught them cheating, not by choice), it is just a facade. HR is non-existent. If a manager is acting unethically and you report them to HR, they will tell you to find another job. Managers can do whatever they want and cannot be fired.
