Really good benefits, especially education and activities for family on occasion. Challenging opportunities to shine.
Training in this division has been very hit or miss. Communication doesn't flow as it should.
TRAIN! TRAIN! TRAIN!
COMMUNICATE! Be up front about the business and how we are doing. Stop with the vagueness and set real expectations. Communicate those with the broad team so people truly understand why schedules need to be the way they are.
LISTEN and ENTERTAIN ideas to improve, which can't happen if the "foundation" for improving doesn't change and is not realistically supported.
