People talk about job security, but since I've been here, we've gone through layoffs at least four times in less than 10 years.
Bureaucratic and top-down management style. Slow processes equal slow work. They don't listen to their employees or really ask what their employees prefer. They have ancient processes and technology, and it's too big of a company to change.
