Company promotes people who are unqualified for the position. These individuals can't manage the work due to a lack of experience in the field and then the company doesn't understand why things go wrong. In the two years I worked there, as compared to many years of working in defense in general, I found their management staff to be liars—just plain outright liars. Unbelievable company!!!
It wouldn't make a difference if I gave advice; they wouldn't listen because they think they're better than everyone else. I mean, they are Boeing after all. The US government will always give them a waiver. I even heard a manager speak those words verbatim.

This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
