Flexibility to work from home or hybrid. Excellent benefits all around. Teammates are intelligent, helpful, and friendly. Laid back enough to feel nice working, but not so much that work doesn't get done. Gain security clearance naturally, which is extremely helpful for a resume.
Management is iffy when involved with things that developers need to do, but that is pretty standard.
Could have a more competitive salary, but this is offset by the amount you gain in benefits and bonus pay.

Not extensive, but in detail. There were two interviews. The first one was just with the talent recruiter. I was not referred but worked as a client at TCS for Boeing.

1 phone screen, then an interview with 4 people over video chat. Technical and behavioral questions. That was about 45 minutes in length. 1 coding question at the end that was a LeetCode easy to medium level.
