Management = Poor leadership and unqualified managers.
Recognition = Your hard work will NOT get recognized and rewarded unless you have a political relationship with bosses.
Career Opportunities = The company does not invest in the growth of its people and provides no opportunities to develop skills.
Work/Life Balance = Unrealistic pressure and long hours of work with no pay.
Product = Lack of vision and strategy; extremely poorly defined and already solutionized when handed to development.
If you are more like a boss than a leader, do a favour for Boeing and its people and let the real leaders lead the company. You are wasting talented people's time and destroying Boeing's reputation.
