I interviewed over the phone with two managers. It was STAR questions and very few technical questions. They told me I should expect another call soon to set up a flight to STL, but instead, I received an offer, which I accepted.

The structured interview didn't ask pertinent questions. Only 2 of four people asked questions. I was not allowed to submit statements, just answers to questions. The interviewer did not tell the applicant what the job entailed.
