Learning opportunity with a global team.
No work pressure, no hectic work style.
No advice
1. Resume Shortlisting: Campus selection, so the first round was resume shortlisting. 2. Managerial Interview: Where technical and managerial problem-solving and situational-based questions were asked. 3. HR Round: Normal HR questions were asked.
Two stages. The last stage was technical but no coding. It was basically behavioral, and a few questions were technical. I guess because it is not a software dev company mainly.
The interview was pretty easy. It was mostly HR-based, and there were no questions on my technical skills. The interview was 40 minutes long. The interviewer was very friendly and appreciated having a casual conversation.
