So many meetings.
Large team, no goodies.
Bad management, no promotions, nothing. Management is not at all supportive of individual growth.
Two stages. The last stage was technical but no coding. It was basically behavioral, and a few questions were technical. I guess because it is not a software dev company mainly.
The interview was pretty easy. It was mostly HR-based, and there were no questions on my technical skills. The interview was 40 minutes long. The interviewer was very friendly and appreciated having a casual conversation.
1. Resume Shortlisting: Campus selection, so the first round was resume shortlisting. 2. Managerial Interview: Where technical and managerial problem-solving and situational-based questions were asked. 3. HR Round: Normal HR questions were asked.
