From what I understand, at least for software engineers, the base-pay compensation is lower than industry average (as of spring 2022).
Boeing even admits this. Changes may be coming this year to correct that. They've also recently begun offering RSUs to close the gap.
Boeing is huge, so there's a lot of red tape, lots of bureaucracy. This is also something they're aware of and are striving to be more agile.
This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
