Received an email from HR and scheduled me an interview with four managers. The interview was through Online Cisco Webex with just the audio and no cameras. It lasted about an hour with mostly STAR-style questions.

Essentially, there were two to three technical questions. Then, five S.T.A.R. questions and responses were asked by two managers. Some HR questions came up, but the focus was on the technical and STAR responses.

The interview process is straightforward. The technical round followed the managerial round. The managerial round features scenario-based questions, while the technical round depends on the technology. For freshers, there will be an online test.
