India managers are absolutely lame
You get to learn from a top aerospace company. All engineering disciplines are engaged in the products. But this is if you are lucky to be associated with a good project.
Indian managers are unproductive. They have meetings all day. Incapable managers get promoted to senior manager, who has no technology understanding of the projects they manage. The manager vs. individual contributor ratio is very high with respect to other companies.
Look into the productivity of the managers who are just doing nothing and riding on the shoulders of engineers.
