Better perks for the employees.

Cons

Management lacks empathy and fails to respect employees' work-life balance. This is especially noticeable with some newly hired managers—particularly female managers—who seem to exert authority without understanding the company's culture or valuing the efforts of their teams.

Many lack domain knowledge and technical expertise, yet micromanage and make day-to-day work unnecessarily difficult. Respect for employees’ contributions is often missing, leading to a toxic and demotivating work environment. Managers show partiality towards the hike.

Advice to Management

Kindly look at the female managers and take action.

I see many of them have left the company and are still looking outside.
