- Too many constraints for developers, as you cannot simply download any software or even a .jar file. You have to get approvals to download even a single .jar file. (This is in place due to all the security threats even a small virus may pose, so you can't really blame the company.)
Try to speed things up. The manager just has to approve a request; even for that, they take days. You have to constantly remind the manager to approve it, even though it's just a one-minute job.
