Panel Interview

I had an hour-long phone interview that had three parts. First, some administrative stuff, then six questions, and finally some time for me to ask a few questions. The six questions were a mix between experience and personality traits.

There was no psychometric testing, just an online interview after a morning tea explaining the program. This was an application for an internship. Interviewers were kind and professional.
