Every question was required to be answered in STAR structure. The questions themselves were easy to answer since it was a structured interview. It took a full month for any response after the interview.

The process was fairly straightforward. At the time of the interview, I joined a WebEx meeting and had a conversation with the manager and team lead for the team I would be joining. They were friendly and the talk went well.

Good, I mean the HR round wasn't too technical, but there was a nice rapport between the interviewers and students. So, I might say good. We can hope that Boeing will add many more career opportunities for young and budding entrepreneurs in the futur
