It was mainly a phone interview, as there was no in-person interview at the time due to it being right after COVID. The interview process was pretty easy and smooth.

I interviewed over the phone with two managers. It was STAR questions and very few technical questions. They told me I should expect another call soon to set up a flight to STL, but instead, I received an offer, which I accepted.

A very typical, standard STAR process. There were five or six questions they ask every candidate. Be prepared to describe your answers based on your personal work experience.
