The pay was good. Most of my fellow workers were helpful. My group, in particular, worked very well as a team. At the end of the day, we got the job done.
Hours were crazy. The work area was not adequate. Boeing always looked for the cheapest building sites possible. Upper management was always interested in the bottom line, and not in its employees.
Sometimes took bizarre stances because of politics and not good engineering.
