Pros

Benefits are decent. There are multiple options for health and life insurance, retirement building, a free gym membership to company gyms, and company discounts for outside local fitness centers. An advantage is flexing your schedule to meet your work/life balance.

Cons

Base pay is a lot lower than what competitors offer, and sometimes promotions either don’t happen or are not significant pay increases due to funding and budget.

Advice to Management

Explore ways to budget funds better within each program. Brainstorm ways to compensate loyal employees more to balance out the low base pay, so they don’t leave the company to go work for competitors and get paid drastically more.
