The biggest benefit is job security. It is a large company with a lot of opportunities. The benefits are pretty solid as well. They do give a small bonus, but nothing life-changing. Usually 1-2 weeks of pay. I work in flight sim, so the work can be pretty fun at times. Management can be very different across teams, but in flight sim the management is pretty good. They care about their team and they do what they can for you.
Pay! Raises are pretty much always between 3%-3.5% regardless of your performance. There are plenty of opportunities to move around the company, however. So, if you are willing to move around, you can move up faster.
