Relaxed working environment, relatively low pressure. Good mentorship. Good opportunity to return as full-time or for another internship.
- Intern pay was not competitive compared to the rest of Seattle-area companies.
- Management is generally not made up of engineers.
- Lots of "fluff" meetings that do not pertain to your job.
Fewer meetings that do not specifically pertain to an engineer's work.

STAR process. Recruiters are very nice, and the interviews are based off experience. Much different than a standard coding assessment interview. Would definitely recommend having a few projects that you can go in-depth on.
