Fully remote and good work-life balance.
It's hard to move up the ladder.
Found me at a career fair. Interviewed later that week. Got an onsite interview and interviewed with a couple of managers. Got to pick which team I wanted to be on. Didn't ask many pointed questions, but did go through code and talk about troublesho
It was stressful.
1 interview - 5 people panel. They all ask questions in their realm of expertise, ranging from FPGA to C to C++, etc. Some behavioral as well as technical questions. Overall, fairly easy going.
