Cons

Managers are condescending and have a bad onboarding process for new employees.

Advice to Management

When new employees struggle with the work, don't assume it's because of their lack of skill, especially when you don't even know the scope of the problem yourself or have no experience in it as a manager. The infrastructure of the in-house program is poorly coded, and there are bound to be problems.
