A couple stages of interviews were with different people in management, also a code test to see that you have a good ability or potential. Overall, it was a good interview process.

Standard STAR interview with situational questions. Talked with my potential manager and a few other teammates that I would be working with. Received an offer within a week after the final interview.

Hiring was pretty smooth. Not too much online hooey! There was one technical phone interview and one behavioral interview. Each took an hour. That was it, other than the initial meet at my college career fair.
