Management is a disaster. Nothing is done by the books. Nobody knows what they are supposed to do; they just do what sounds correct. Nobody validates or confirms work efforts are in line with scope and or have relevance.
Do your homework and your classwork. Know what everyone is supposed to do, is currently doing, and will be doing.
