I had an hour-long phone interview that had three parts. First, some administrative stuff, then six questions, and finally some time for me to ask a few questions. The six questions were a mix between experience and personality traits.

Resume and cover letter, then a 30-minute phone interview. It was mostly behavioral questions. Some technical questions on computer science, such as data structures, but no live coding was required. I was offered the position a few weeks later.
