Great work-life balance in this company. All the co-workers are amazing people and always willing to help.
The salary is almost bare minimum compared to the rest of the industry.
It's increasingly falling behind in salary and always playing a catch-up game. People who are designing 50 times less complicated stuff are getting paid much, much more than in this company, unfortunately. The turnaround for employees is a lot as a result.

Not bad, but since the software test is in pen and paper, you should practice pseudocode and not cheat. Interviews are now in the post-AI era, where companies use it extensively or not at all.
