Likely, there will be crying about all the retirees and not enough skilled workers, so they need to pump up the H1B visa count.

Keep hoping you can get young people in, because the younger folks aren’t as likely to stick around if they see the growth perspectives at Boeing are very limited, no matter how hard you work.
