Christmas Break. Usually, I have been able to actually take this time off.
The average age is older, and things move very, very slowly.
Many bosses have worked at Boeing for a really long time and haven't kept up with technology in the outside world.
Try to get lower-level management to tell the truth instead of just trying to look good to get promoted. (Just telling senior management what they want to hear.)

Software Engineer
Not bad, but since the software test is in pen and paper, you should practice pseudocode and not cheat. Interviews are now in the post-AI era, where companies use it extensively or not at all.
