I had an hour-long phone interview that had three parts. First, some administrative stuff, then six questions, and finally some time for me to ask a few questions. The six questions were a mix between experience and personality traits.

The interview was wildly inconsistent with the job on offer. I'm not really sure what they were testing for, but it definitely wasn't what they were asking for. If you're looking to prepare, make sure you've read up on algorithms.

Interviewed by recruiter, but no one reached back after following up multiple times, although they said they would. I believe they could have been a little more respectful of my time.
