Great work-life balance. My manager probably doesn't know I exist, so I barely come into the office. Not enough people check on the status of your work for anyone to care.
Execs and management have run this company to the ground. Their penny-pinching nature means we can't have anything nice, and it impacts everyone's projects. They make it hard to actually achieve meaningful work.
