Pros

Teammates and Departmental Management are respectful of each other, and work hard to make sure the team as a whole is successful.

Cons

The Executive Team often seems in disarray. New upper leadership is often disruptive, changing paths in drastic ways that frequently cancel long-standing projects and displace people.

Advice to Management

Get back to the roots of what once made Boeing a technological leader: trust and dependence on a highly skilled workforce. Quit changing directions in departments whenever you bring in or promote someone to an executive role.
