Nearing 3 months of "under consideration" and I am still waiting. Star questions should be asked during the interview. A student intern described that a phone interview may become the case.

1. Apply (Level 1 $85k/year) 2. Recruiter reached out for a 20-min chat but never followed up. 3. Took OA My experience is vastly different than SWE interviews from a year ago, so be prepared to be ghosted.

Standard phone screening followed by on-site interviews. The process was pretty seamless and not a burden to go through. The phone screen involved sharing my screen and fixing/writing some code. The on-site interview was more about personality.
