Very schedule-driven, even when things need more work. This puts them further behind than if they had taken more time to do the job right the first time.
Boeing needs to have some competent people in HR looking at resumes that come in so that they can hire the best person for the job. I have experience in design and analysis, but I got a job in Liaison Engineering. This was not my specialty after 15 years of experience.
