I went to the National Society of Black Engineers conference, where I met Boeing employees. I talked with them about my academics and explained my projects. Since they liked my work, they scheduled two interviews for the next day.

Easy, the company matched me with the hiring manager. We had a technical discussion of my experience, and I was asked behavioral questions. I was hired within a month.
