Informal technical phone interview. Assessed my knowledge of Bayesian statistics and how excited and curious I am to solve problems. Described what the group does and gauged my reaction and thoughts on the problems the team was facing.

It was challenging, but I felt confident with the experience and education that had prepared me for it. I did not get the offer, but it was good practice for the next interview.
