HR contacted me through an email and set up a phone interview with the Design managers. Half an hour phone interview. The interview was good, featuring straight technical and some behavioral questions. The interview sounded promising. I followed up

Mainly a technical interview. I was asked about my experience in general and then about my experience with certain design software they use. They also asked about the steps I take when designing parts.

I applied online and after three months, I got an email for the phone interview. After confirming the date and time, I was called. Only one manager called. The phone was put on speakerphone, and the interview lasted for thirty minutes. It went fine.
