Everyone was welcoming and friendly. It's a wonderful place to start your engineering career. You are in good hands learning with Boeing.
To a new engineer, it may feel a little bit overwhelming with the knowledge spit right at you, but that is expected as a new hire. You may feel overwhelmed and tired, but after a couple of months, you will get the hang of it.

Structural Engineer
No technical questions asked. They are super focused and live and die on the STAR questions. No test required. Not even sure if they’re allowed to ask anything outside of the STAR questions.

Pretty straightforward. The questions asked required the STAR method, and as long as you used that, you would have been fine. The interviewer was relaxed and understanding. Don't be afraid when you don't understand a question; ask them to repeat it.
