The pay is good, and the people in the groups are nice.
I have really enjoyed the people I work with for the most part.
Management, on the other hand, seems to only care about themselves and not to develop their employees.
The management is picked out of favorites. If you brown nose, you get ahead, raises, and promotions. You get the point.
Work on making your first-line managers more interested in helping their employees than in what senior management thinks of them. Also, find employees who would make good managers and can lead teams.
Technical questions were focused more on solid mechanics, structures, and basic aircraft parts. Knowing CATIA software is an added advantage. Thoroughly know your projects because they like to dive deeper and ask questions related to the same.
