Solid company, with great benefits and good salary.
I have nothing to add. I've been here for almost 2 years and it's going well.
They use the STAR interview method, which is pretty straightforward. Nothing too specific. Just have clear in your mind what you want to achieve and what your past experiences are, and it should be okay.
Technical questions were focused more on solid mechanics, structures, and basic aircraft parts. Knowing CATIA software is an added advantage. Thoroughly know your projects because they like to dive deeper and ask questions related to the same.
No technical questions asked. They are super focused and live and die on the STAR questions. No test required. Not even sure if they’re allowed to ask anything outside of the STAR questions.
