Great compensation, good work-life balance, and working on airplanes is just a really cool thing to be doing.
A lot of red tape.
I genuinely feel like things are on the right track, and I'm optimistic the company will be humming once COVID is in the rear view mirror and the industry bounces back.

Structural
It was at the HENAAC Conference. I sat down in a booth with two people, and they asked me five questions. Very informal and relaxed. I couldn't take notes, but was welcomed to ask questions.
Engineer
This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
Quality Engineer
The interview process is quick and easy. It is mainly behavioral and about how well you fit in the team. The maximum time is an hour, and the average time for the interview is 30 minutes.
