Great compensation, good work-life balance, and working on airplanes is just a really cool thing to be doing.
A lot of red tape.
I genuinely feel like things are on the right track, and I'm optimistic the company will be humming once COVID is in the rear view mirror and the industry bounces back.

Structural
It was at the HENAAC Conference. I sat down in a booth with two people, and they asked me five questions. Very informal and relaxed. I couldn't take notes, but was welcomed to ask questions.
Functional Tester
Once you applied, Boeing sent you back with a schedule for an interview. The interview questions were general overall. After the interview, they send an offer letter and ask to do a drug test. After you did the drug test and completed the background

Phone interview. A couple of hiring managers on the other end. Complete silence as you answer questions. Give as detailed answers as you can without saying too much, and talk slowly. You have time.
