Great team atmosphere. Ability to work from home and flex work time when needed. Excellent training and continuing education resources.
Leadership seems to change up a lot, causing a revolving door of new initiatives that may or may not be there next year.
At least in my job, it seems we spend a lot of time reporting the same thing in different systems and formats.
Reduce the amount of time we have to spend developing presentations and bullet point summaries.
