Large learning curve, program dependent. Most of my 3-month internship was spent getting up to speed.
Tied up the engineers for too many hours in large group meetings, causing them to get behind on work. This then caused another meeting to figure out how to get back on schedule, rinse and repeat.

This was for an entry-level role. STAR format, 5 questions. I was asked about experience and difficult/pressure situations. Besides the 5 STAR questions, a couple of yes/no questions were asked, e.g., "Have you ever used tool X?"
