Management is only looking for their growth; they don't care about employee capability growth.
There is no vision of building capabilities, and they are still working as a service company, like work statements.
Pay is not as per industry standards, and though it is possible to work on it, management is not taking it seriously.
Take care of the employees and give ownership to them, instead of hand-holding and inducing politics between teams.
