I applied on Boeing's website, and a couple of weeks later I got an email asking to set up a phone interview. I was surprised to find that the phone interview consisted of just 6 behavioral questions (describe a time when...), and that was it. I go

STAR format questions, very straightforward and all on the phone. The interviews are pretty dry and standard STAR format questions ranging in difficulty. Make sure to be prepared to talk about prior experiences, showing relevancy and coachability.

Recruiter reached out after applying online. Boilerplate questions about being open to relocation, pay, etc. One interview with two managers just talking about my resume. Some behavioral questions, and I did have a flight controls project on my resum
